TERMS

Website and product terms.

These terms apply to TradeXMechanic digital products and website use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Educational products

TradeXMechanic products are educational and process-support systems. They are not personalised financial advice, automated trading signals, broker services, managed accounts or guarantees of trading performance.

Licence and access

A valid purchase grants the purchaser the product access or licence described at the point of sale. Unless expressly stated otherwise, access is personal, non-transferable and may not be resold, redistributed, reverse-engineered or used to expose paid product material publicly.

Payments and pricing

Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Supply & Demand XTS is offered at an AUD $129 launch price as a one-time purchase. Introductory pricing may change in the future. Any promotion code applies only when it is active and accepted by the secure checkout. Payment is processed through the identified payment provider.

Digital delivery

Product delivery follows verified payment. During the initial Supply & Demand XTS launch, the customer receives the digital product package and start instructions using the checkout contact details after the payment record is confirmed. A successful browser redirect is not by itself proof of payment or entitlement. If delivery is delayed or missing, use the official Support page.

30-day launch support

Supply & Demand XTS includes 30 days of launch support from the purchase date for digital delivery, startup/access issues and product technical questions. The support period does not include trading signals, market calls, personalised financial advice, broker/account support or a guaranteed response or resolution time. Consumer-law rights are not limited by this support period.

Product changes

TXM may correct defects, improve functionality, update educational material and change pre-release products before release. A product marked pre-release is not represented as commercially available until its release status changes.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to defeat access controls, interfere with service operation, misuse the site for unlawful activity or submit malicious content.

Risk and liability

Trading decisions remain the user's responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, TXM is not responsible for trading losses or decisions made using educational material. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refunds and consumer rights

Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. A change-of-mind refund is not automatically promised merely because a digital product has been purchased or delivered; however, this does not affect remedies that may apply if a product fails to meet a statutory consumer guarantee. Use the Support page for a purchase or refund request so it can be reviewed against the payment and product record.
