Privacy and data handling.

This page describes the minimum data-handling principles for the TradeXMechanic website, support channel and commercial product flow.

Information collected

We may receive information you submit through support or account flows, basic technical request information needed to operate and secure the service, and purchase information supplied by the payment provider. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and should never be submitted to TXM support.

Support and privacy requests

The TXM support form may collect your email address, request category, product reference, subject and message so the request can be reviewed and answered. The form is also the official route for privacy enquiries. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details or sensitive trading-account credentials.

Why information is used

Information may be used to provide products and access, verify purchases, prevent abuse, respond to support or privacy requests, operate the website, meet legal obligations and maintain security.

Payment and service providers

Where third-party infrastructure is used for hosting, payments or storage, information is processed as required to provide those services. TXM should collect no more information than is reasonably required for the relevant function.

Security

Access to backend credentials, support records and entitlement systems is restricted. Purchase entitlement must be derived from verified server-side payment events rather than a client-side success screen.
